Donnie Yance Collaborates With Dr. Su

Donald "Donnie" R. Yance Jr., MH, CN, RH (AHG), SFO consulting with Dr.
Susan Saccomanno, ND, LAc

Donnie Yance, along with his longtime associate Susan Saccomanno, ND, LAc and our highly specialized support staff, provide a comprehensive spectrum of services (including ongoing support, education, and care) in the area of wholistic healthcare. We do this for thousands of clients nationwide – both face-to-face in our Ashland, Oregon clinic – as well as virtually, via telephone or videoconference.

Getting Started

To schedule your initial consultation at Mederi Center, we ask that you complete and submit a Patient Intake Form below.

First, click this link to the Patient Intake Form and save it to your computer before filling in your information. The information will not save if you open it directly from our website and begin filling in. Once you have downloaded and saved the form to your hard drive you can begin filling it out. When the form is complete, please email it to info@medericenter.org.

You may also print and fax the completed Patient Intake form to 541.488.6949 or mail it to 478 Russell St. Suite #101 Ashland, OR 97520. Once we receive your completed intake forms, we will contact you to schedule an appointment with one of our practitioners.

Your Initial Consultation

Your Initial Consultation requires a $100 non-refundable deposit due at time of scheduling your appointment. Your deposit secures the appointment with your practitioner, and will be applied toward your consultation. Please call our office at 541.488.3133 for a fee schedule.

Prior to the initial consult, your practitioner will review the health records and lab reports that you provide us. We review CT scans, PET scans, MRIs, bone scans, liver scans, brain scans, and others. Many of these tests are included in standard cancer care.

The initial consultation involves an in-depth dialogue with your practitioner about your health history and current status, nutritional needs, lifestyle, and more. This typically takes anywhere from 75 – 90 minutes. The complexity of your case will predetermine how much time is required for your initial consult.

Directly after the initial consultation, your practitioner will spend time developing a customized treatment protocol. Protocol development may also be discussed during your consultation. Additional blood tests may be requested by your practitioner.

Your Follow-Up Consultation

Your Follow-up Consultations will be scheduled by your practitioner according to your continued progress while on your protocol. A follow-up consult can last anywhere from 30 – 60 minutes depending on your health status. Our fee for these consultations is billed at $250 per hour and/or prorated in 10-minute increments.

Any additional communication that you initiate with your practitioner between regularly scheduled consultations is considered billable time, including emails. Extra research that you request by your practitioner, or protocol re-writes, may also be billed.

Support staff is available to answer general questions about your protocol, help with ordering from our apothecary, and liaising with your practitioner on your behalf, at no additional charge.

Canceling Your Consultation

Canceling your consultation with less than 48-hour’s notice will incur a charge at half of the anticipated cost of your initial or follow-up appointment.
